Products
Vacuum and controlled-atmosphere furnaces to 3,000 °C for superalloys, hard metals, graphite purification and advanced ceramics.
Vacuum processing removes the two things that ruin high-value materials: oxygen and dissolved gas. Under vacuum, reactive elements survive melting, sintered parts reach full density, and impurities in graphite volatilise away rather than remaining in the lattice.
Our vacuum range covers induction melting for superalloys and specialty steels, sintering and hot-press sintering for hard metals and ceramics, and high-temperature purification furnaces reaching 3,000 °C for graphite and carbon products.
All units use a fully digital control system with programmable multi-segment temperature and pressure recipes, batch data logging and a graphical trend display. Hot zones are graphite or all-metal depending on the process, and pumping sets are specified to your required base pressure and pump-down time.
