Coreless induction melting furnaces for steel, iron, copper and aluminium — steel-shell, aluminium-shell and dual-track, with hydraulic 95° tilting.
A coreless medium frequency induction furnace melts charge by inducing eddy currents directly in the metal, which is why it reaches tapping temperature faster and with less oxidation loss than a fuel-fired furnace. Our standard range runs from 50 kg vacuum and crucible units up to 5-ton steel-shell bodies in a dual-track arrangement; larger capacities are built to order.
Every furnace ships as a complete melting system: furnace body, coil, medium frequency power supply, capacitor bank, water-cooled cables, hydraulic tilting station, closed-loop cooling and the operator console. That matters for an import — one supplier, one packing list, one commissioning team, and no interface disputes between separately-sourced components.
Coils are wound from oxygen-free rectangular copper tube with class-H insulation and a magnetic yoke on furnaces above 1 ton. Steel-shell designs use a fully welded frame with the yoke carrying the magnetic return path, giving longer lining life and lower coil loss on the larger sizes.
Alongside the induction range we build resistance-heated crucible furnaces for laboratory melting, assay and small-part heat treatment. They are a different technology for a different job — small batches, tight temperature control, no water cooling — and the product page says so plainly rather than selling them as induction equipment.
