About Us

A Furnace Factory With an Export Team Attached

Everything we quote is built on equipment we own, by people we employ, and run on load before it leaves. What we add for an international buyer is the part most Chinese furnace factories do not: contracts, documents, logistics and after-sales handled in English by one accountable team.

ForgeLink Induction works with an experienced medium-frequency induction heating team in the Weifang Economic Development Zone, Shandong Province since 1998, . Project-specific quotations identify the final manufacturing and contracting entities before any order is placed. Today the team supports furnace bodies, coils, hydraulic systems and power supply engineering from one coordinated production base.

Our published range covers GTR series induction forging heating furnaces, induction heating and quenching & tempering lines, KGPS and IGBT series medium frequency power supplies, medium and high frequency hardening equipment, fully-enclosed cooling towers, and coreless melting furnaces from 50 kg crucible and vacuum units up to 5-ton steel-shell bodies in a dual-track arrangement. Larger capacities are built to order.

How we work with buyers matters as much as what we build. We ask what you melt, how much and how often before we quote a furnace size. We will tell you when a smaller machine or a cheaper power supply topology does the same job. And the engineer who sized your plant is the one on the call when something needs explaining at two in the morning.

Milestones

  1. 1998

The manufacturing team begins building medium-frequency induction heating equipment in Weifang, Shandong Province.

  2. 2011

The factory expands its induction melting and heating engineering capability.

  3. —

GW series melting furnaces, GTR series forging heating furnaces and KGPS thyristor power supplies established as the core product families.

  4. —

IGBT series-resonance power supply platform added, up to 1,200 kW driving a 2-ton steel shell furnace at roughly 500 kWh per ton.

  5. —

Induction quenching & tempering lines and vacuum furnaces added, extending the range from melting into heat treatment and advanced materials.

  6. Today

160 staff including 50+ senior engineers, across a 20,000 m² facility, recognised as an excellent supplier of casting and melting equipment.

What We Do In-House

The capability blocks that keep the mechanical package, the electrical package and the commissioning under one accountable team.

20,000 m² plant with 50+ senior engineers

160 staff, of whom more than fifty are senior engineers, working across a 20,000 m² manufacturing facility in the Weifang Economic Development Zone. Design, fabrication, assembly and load testing all happen on the same site.

In-house furnace body and coil manufacturing

Steel fabrication, coil winding from oxygen-free rectangular copper tube, yoke assembly and hydraulic system build — all in our own works, so the mechanical package is accountable to one team.

Power supply design and assembly

KGPS thyristor and IGBT series-resonance inverters designed, assembled and load-tested in-house, built to the destination grid voltage and frequency rather than adapted on site.

Full-load factory acceptance testing

Every system is assembled and run on load before it is dismantled for shipment. A witnessed factory acceptance test can be arranged for the customer or a third-party inspector.

Overseas installation and commissioning

Our engineers travel to site for installation supervision, first lining installation and sintering, commissioning on your own charge, and operator and maintenance training.

Inside Our Works

Coil winding and the full-load test bay are the two stages that decide whether a furnace performs on your floor the way it performed on paper. Both are ours.

Certification & Documentation

Documentation is issued per machine and per shipment. Certificates are shared only when they belong to the final contracting entity and can be independently verified.
