Industry Application
Surface hardening, tempering, normalising and stress relieving with recipe control and full process data — for job shops and in-house treatment lines.
Induction heat treatment replaces a batch furnace cycle measured in hours with a part cycle measured in seconds, and it treats only the surface that needs treating. For a heat treatment job shop that means floor space and energy; for an in-house line it means treatment moves onto the production line instead of into a separate building.
Case depth, hardness and the transition zone are set by frequency, power and scan speed — all recipe parameters. Once a recipe is proven it repeats without the operator judgement a batch furnace requires.

The three problems that decide whether an installation in this industry pays for itself or becomes a maintenance liability.
Scan hardening with a rotating part and a controlled traverse applies heat symmetrically, which keeps distortion far below what a through-heated batch cycle produces.
Per-part data logging plus a documented commissioning trial on your own parts gives a job shop the evidence its customers ask for before releasing production.
Stored recipes and quick-change coils let one machine cover a wide part range, which is what makes the investment work for a job shop rather than a single-part line.
The configurations we most often specify for heat treatment operations.
