Laboratory Induction and Vacuum Furnaces for Research and Alloy Development

Small-scale melting, sintering and vacuum equipment with programmable recipes and data logging, for universities, research institutes and alloy development labs.

A laboratory furnace is bought for control and repeatability, not throughput. A result that cannot be reproduced next month is not a result, so the recipe, the atmosphere and the data record matter more than the melting rate.

Our laboratory range holds temperature to ±3 °C on programmable multi-segment recipes with full data logging, in air, argon or vacuum. Scale-up paths to production equipment share the same control platform, so a process proven in the lab transfers without re-learning the machine.

What This Industry Has to Solve

The three problems that decide whether an installation in this industry pays for itself or becomes a maintenance liability.

01

Reproducibility between runs

Stored multi-segment recipes and per-run data logging make an experiment repeatable by a different operator months later, which is the basic requirement for publishable or transferable work.

02

Reactive and exotic alloys

Argon purge chambers and full vacuum induction melting handle titanium, rare earths and reactive intermetallics that cannot be melted in air.

03

Scaling a lab process to production

The laboratory and production ranges share a control platform and recipe structure, so scale-up is a matter of geometry and power rather than a new process development exercise.
