Induction Heating Systems · FL-IH-END
Heats only the section to be formed — hand tools, axles, anchor bolts and eye bolts — cutting energy per part sharply versus full-length heating.
When only one end of a bar is upset, heating the whole bar wastes most of the energy and distorts the rest of the part. An end heater applies power over a defined length, held to a repeatable tolerance, so the transition zone is consistent from part to part.
Typical applications are hand tool forging, anchor and eye bolts, axle shafts, agricultural tines and reinforcing bar couplers. Feed can be manual with a foot pedal, semi-automatic with a magazine, or fully automatic with a robot pick-and-place.
Energy per part is a fraction of through-heating the same bar, and cycle time is short enough to feed a press directly without a buffer.
